Open Clinic Schedule
New to wrestling? This session focuses on fundamentals — stance, movement, basic takedowns, and mat safety.
For athletes with at least one season of experience. Covers advanced technique, live drilling, and competitive preparation.
Controlled scrimmages and inter-club matches. Great for building match experience in a low-pressure environment.
Clinics are held at Nonnewaug High School unless otherwise noted. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Fall season registration opens for students in grades 5 - 8.
Kick off the fall season! All new and returning athletes welcome. Bring a water bottle and athletic clothes.
Our home tournament! Athletes from across Connecticut compete. Spectators welcome — come cheer on the team.
Regional open tournament. All skill levels welcome to compete.
Meet the coaches, ask questions, and learn about the rest of the season. Light refreshments provided.
One of the largest youth wrestling tournaments in New England. Highly competitive — recommended for intermediate and advanced athletes.
End-of-semester celebration with a fun scrimmage, awards, and a team holiday party. Families encouraged to attend.
